• 設計範囲について
  フルリノベーションに限定させていただいています。一畳十間が検討を重ねたオリジナルデザインの造作家具 (キッチン、テーブル、ソファ、棚等)や素材に適した繊細な照明設計もご提案いたします。

  Design Service Extend
  We undertake renovation projects of the entire property only - we do not accept renovation of a portion of the house. Clients may purchase furniture, lighting, and other accessories at their will, or ask ichijo-toma to customize them, including but not limited to dining table, reading desks, lamps, etc.

  关于设计委托范围
  我们仅承接房屋整体的改装业务，恕不接受局部的房间改装等业务。关于房屋内的家具和灯具等，客户可自行购买心仪商品，也可以委托我们为您的家量身设计全套的原创家具，比如餐桌，书桌，照明灯具等等。

• 価格について
  設計費:税別270万円~(施工費の18%)、施工費:税別1500万円~
  ※建築資材、施工費の高騰により2024.02~ 価格改定を行いました。
  また解体、断熱、サッシ交換、設備器具の有無等、既存物件の状態で大きく変動があります。東京郊外の場合は交通費は別途請求させていただきます。

  关于费用
  施工费会根据面积和材料选择而异。作为参考，临近东京的区域平均每平米的施工费用为15万日元起步，中国在平均每平米6000人民币起步。根据地区的不同，施工费用会有较大的波动，请联系我们了解更具体的信息。拆除，隔热，窗框交换，设备等房屋现有状态也会影响施工成本。此外，设计费将根据面积和项目具体情况确定。如果项目位于偏远地区，交通费须由客户另行支付。

  About the Cost
  The construction cost differs by each project’s size and material selection. The cost starts at about 150,000 Japanese yen per square meter in the Metropolitan Tokyo area in Japan, and about 6000 RMB per square meter or more in China. The construction cost for each project varies greatly by area, please contact for more details. Existing conditions – necessary demolition, insulation, window frame upgrade, etc. will affect the cost significantly as well. In addition, the design fee will be determined case by case, depending on the square footage, location, etc. The transportation cost will be in addition to the design fee if the project is located in a remote location.

• 選定素材について
  木材、土間、畳、珪藻土、タイル等は一畳十間で比較検討を重ねて選定した推薦品をご提案します。こちらは標準仕様とお考え下さい。また細部の納まりや、ドアノブ等の金物関係や照明器具なども検討します。

  关于材料的选择
  一畳十間会经过慎重的比较和研究各种材料，向客户推荐相关产品。参考这里的标准式样。另外，在细节收口材料以及门把手等五金件的选择上，我们也将为您精心挑选并推荐适合的产品。

  About Material Selection
  ichijo-toma carefully studies each material and makes appropriate recommendations to the clients, including but not limited to wood, tatami, diatom mud, and tiles. Please see our standard finishes here. Additional details, door handles and other hardware that are unique in a case-by-case situation, we will also have carefully selected recommendations for you.

• プランについて
  一人一人のお客様のご要望をヒアリングした上でご提案いたします。必要な個室を確保しながら、1つの大きな空間の中に多様な居場所や場面が生まれる設計を大切にしています。一畳十間のプランの特徴についてはこちらをご確認下さい。

  我们会先认真听取每一位客户的需求，然后提出关于平面布局的建议。我们的设计会在确保所需房间数的同时，在一个大空间内创造出多样化的场所和场景。有关一畳十間的平面设计特点，您可以参考此处。至于是否设置榻榻米的房间，我们将根据客户的需求进行设计。

  About Plan Layout
  Our proposal will be based on each client’s individual needs and requests. Our design will create a versatile big space, within which will have enough number of rooms for each member of the family. Please refer here for the methodology behind our plan layout. The need for a tatami room will be determined by the necessity of the client.

• 年間の受注数について
  丁寧なものづくりを大切にしているため年間10件までの受注数と限定しています。お申込み状況に応じて、設計開始と工事着工時期についてご相談をさせて頂く場合がございますが、ご了承ください。

  关于每年承接的业务数量
  我们十分重视高品质的设计，因此每年承接的项目数量最多不超过10件。我们将根据客户的委托，安排设计与施工开始的时间。希望在一开始咨询业务时就与您商量这些细节。

  Quantity of Projects Per Year
  We greatly value the quality of our projects, therefore we will undertake no more than 10 projects each year. The design and construction schedule will be determined for each project individually, and we would like to do so at the beginning of our conversation with you.

• 施工会社について
  関東、関西圏の場合、弊社との実績から信頼できる施工会社をご紹介いたします。その他のエリアについては、お客様から直接施工会社をご紹介頂くことも可能ですし、十分なリサーチをした上で信頼できる会社を選定することも可能です。

• 物件が決まっていない方について
  一畳十間では不動産仲介は行っておりません。ですが、お付き合いのある不動産会社を紹介させていただきます。一畳十間の設計を理解しているため安心してお任せください。
