2025.10.27京都・鳴滝にて数寄屋の改修プロジェクトの設計・監理をいたしました。
この度お客様のご厚意により、2025年11月21日（金）・22日（土）に内覧会を開催いたします。
京都中心部から少し離れた本敷地は、豊かな自然と歴史文化が息づく閑静な地であり、本計画地は裏山に寄り添う傾斜地に位置します。離れからは洛西の景観を望むことができ、庭には四季折々の植物が彩りを添え、自然とともに暮らす落ち着いた環境に恵まれています。
本プロジェクトは、自然環境と建築とを調和させながら、伝統的な数寄屋の魅力を現代の暮らしへと継承することを目指しました。庭や山の景観、そして水の流れといった自然の要素を暮らしに取り込み、静謐でありながらも豊かさを感じられる住まいの再生を実現しています。

我们在京都鸣泷完成了一处数寄屋住宅的改修设计与监理工作。
承蒙业主厚意，将于 2025年11月21日（星期五）与22日（星期六） 举办参观开放活动。
项目地点距离京都市中心稍远，坐落于自然与历史文化交融的静谧之地。
住宅依山而建，从别院可远眺洛西的景色，庭院中四季更替的植物点缀其间，构成了一个与自然共生、宁静而安稳的生活环境。
本项目旨在于自然环境与建筑之间寻求和谐平衡，将传统数寄屋建筑的美学与精神延续至当代生活。
通过引入庭园、山景与流水等自然元素，使住宅焕发新的生命，呈现出一种静谧而丰盈的居住体验。

We have completed the design and supervision for the renovation of a Sukiya-style residence in Narutaki, Kyoto.
With the kind permission of the client, a private viewing will be held on Friday, November 21, and Saturday, November 22, 2025.
Located slightly away from central Kyoto, the site lies in a serene area where rich nature and historical culture coexist.
Set on a gentle slope that embraces the hillside, the residence offers views toward the western mountains of Kyoto.
The garden is adorned with seasonal plants, creating a calm environment in harmony with nature.
This project aims to harmonize architecture with its natural surroundings while carrying the essence of traditional Sukiya design into modern living.
By integrating natural elements—such as the garden, mountain scenery, and flowing water—into daily life, the residence has been reborn as a tranquil yet enriching space that embodies the spirit of living with nature.

As this is a private residence, the exact address will be provided individually upon registration.

Architect Shinya Kojima will be present on November 21 (Fri) from 11:00 to 16:00.

Other time slots will be guided by our staff.
Applications will close at 12:00 on Thursday, November 20.
